Recently, the event “Exploring Orbbec: Financial Intelligence Practices in an AI Tech Company”, co-hosted by Baiwang, the Guangdong Association of Management Accountants, and Orbbec, concluded successfully in Shenzhen.

The event brought together more than 40 industry leaders, including corporate executives, CFOs, CIOs, and experts in finance and IT. Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, participants explored the practical paths and innovative outcomes of applying AI technology in the financial digital-intelligence transformation. Keynote speakers included Chen Bin, CFO of Orbbec; Du Juan, Party Branch Secretary and Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Association of Management Accountants; and Zou Yan, Co-founder and CMO of Baiwang.   

In her remarks, Du Juan emphasized the association’s ongoing commitment to advancing the accounting profession. She highlighted the importance of deepening collaboration with high-quality enterprises and exploring innovative approaches to financial digitalization. She expressed hope that this event would serve as a platform for inspiring new ideas and broadening perspectives on the future of financial intelligence.

Moving forward, Baiwang will continue exploring advanced applications, refining solutions tailored to industry needs, and helping establish AI as the new engine for intelligent financial upgrade.”   

During the keynote session, Orbbec’s CIO Xiao Le shared the company’s in-depth experience in financial digitalization. Orbbec has built a business-centered digital operations capability, where a highly efficient, integrated finance-business platform supports various scenarios across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service. Continuous system optimization and the adoption of AI technologies have enhanced synergy across management functions and significantly improved processing efficiency. A solution expert from Baiwang also delivered a presentation on how data intelligence is driving a smart transformation in financial management. The expert explained how AI is accelerating the shift from reactive execution to proactive financial empowerment. Baiwang’s architecture, centered on “Agents + Aggregated LLMs + Knowledge Bases” and powered by technologies such as NLP, supports a trio of agents: the Transaction Management Agent, the Business Decision-Making Agent, and the Financial Business Agent. These agents are revolutionizing processes like invoice management, risk alerts, and reconciliation, helping enterprises upgrade their financial systems with intelligent solutions.   

During the panel discussion, moderated by Yang Fan, General Manager of Baiwang’s South China Region, participants including Xiao Le (CIO of Orbbec) and Tu Lina (Director of Investment and Financing at China Construction Fourth Engineering Division) engaged in insightful conversations on AI implementation challenges, the evolution of financial data intelligence, and building a collaborative ecosystem. The panelists agreed that AI is reshaping the finance function into a core driver of strategic decision-making, and that companies must increase investment in technology deployment and talent development to support this shift.
