They will co-develop key application scenarios such as transaction management, financial risk control, decision optimization, domain-specific model training/inference centers, and industry-specific cloud platforms, jointly advancing the AI industry and leading transformation in the data intelligence sector.

This strategic partnership focuses on data intelligence, computing infrastructure, and AI cloud-network platform. MetaX will provide high-performance GPU chips and foundational computing power solutions; Huitiannet will contribute its industry-focused cloud platforms and AI cloud services; Baiwang will leverage its rich application scenarios and deep data value transformation capabilities. Together, they will explore full-chain intelligent upgrades for transaction management, data-driven business decision automation, and secure, compliant financial risk assessment and optimization.

This integrated model, combining software, hardware, and cloud, breaks through the limitations of traditional standalone solutions. It addresses AI hallucination issues, enhances scenario adaptability, and significantly improves the precision and efficiency of financial and tax agents, delivering cost-effective deployment solutions for AI foundation models.
